Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your goods, which we obviously regret, we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 30 days of receipt of your order in original and resalable condition.
Returns Terms and Guidelines
- The refund will only be applicable for the returned goodsWe are not responsible for the return shipping cost.
- All returned items must be unused, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- If returned an item from outside The Netherlands, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Primary Archive is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@primary-archive.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@primary-archive.com.
